Options
Visitors get a multi-line box. On the pass, an answer is cut to fit where it shows: 64 characters in the title, 256 in a field value.
Visitors need to check the terms box before they submit.
The link needs to start with https://.
Preview
The preview shows here once the form fields are valid.
The pass
Design the pass every visitor gets. Insert an answer token anywhere to fill it from that visitor's answers. An expiry here counts from the moment each pass is issued.
Insert a column
Click into a field, then a column to drop it in at the cursor.
